Who we are

DishOpolis ("we") runs dishopolis.com, a website that shows a wall of restaurant dishes for each of its cities in the United States and Canada. Contact: admin@dishopolis.com.

Restaurant accounts

• You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the restaurant you register.
• Each restaurant may have one account per city. This includes chains and restaurants with several locations in the same city, which share one account. Keep your login details secure.
• The information you provide (name, address, website or social link) must be accurate.
• We review every new account before it can add dishes, and we may decline an account at our discretion.

Photos and dish information

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, showing dishes your restaurant actually serves.
• You give DishOpolis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, crop, resize and combine your photos and dish information on the website and in promoting it, for as long as they are on DishOpolis.
• Every new or changed photo is reviewed before it appears. We may decline or remove any photo or text at our discretion, for example if it is not a dish, is low quality, misleading, offensive, or infringes someone's rights.

Photo spots

• Each account includes up to 10 photo spots at no cost. We may change this number for new or existing accounts.
• You can change the photo in a spot at any time, subject to review. If we suspend an account for breaking these terms, its spots are removed from the wall of dishes.
• Spots are placed on the wall of dishes in the order photos are approved. We don't guarantee a particular position.

Links

Dishes link to the restaurant's own website or social page. We are not responsible for those sites or for the restaurants' food, prices or service.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

DishOpolis is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
